Performance & Reliability

Our performance reliability evaluations provide documentation attesting to the training and reliability of canines to detect specific substances and their effective search capabilities. These evaluations are a critical element in determining and controlling the quality of canine coverage being provided. To strengthen internal controls, these evaluations should routinely be conducted by an outside agency that does not provide dogs, thereby eliminating conflict of interest issues.

Independent evaluations are conducted by our experienced professionals who, in turn, control the measurement system, ensuring the integrity of the system and subsequent credibility of the evaluation results for the department. This approach provides management with a current assessment and provides a source of expert testimony in any future legal actions resulting from incidents or claims relating to canine capabilities.
